Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced, meticulous, and passionate individual with:
Hard skills
- Experience: At least 5 years as a machine-side electrician, tester, or industrial machinery installer.
- Technical background: Solid knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, basic mechanics, and PLCs.
- Technical skills: Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Languages: Good knowledge of English; French and Spanish are a plus.
Soft skills
- Team player: Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers.
- Problem solver: Precision, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Professionalism: Reliability and adherence to established company procedures.
What will you do?
As part of our production team, you’ll play a key role in testing our machines, ensuring they’re ready for action. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- In-house testing: Testing machinery and handling systems at our facility to ensure quality and performance.
- Technical diagnostics: Checking electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
- Occasional travel: Conduct testing and installations in Italy, Europe, and beyond, representing the excellence of the Tosa Group worldwide.
- Problem solving: Resolve any technical issues and propose improvements.
