From the very beginning of the project, Casa Sant’Orsola required a solution capable of meeting particularly stringent requirements:

TOSA SOLUTION
The solution developed by TOSA involved the installation of three high-speed rotating ring wrappers, designed to ensure high performance on sensitive loads:
- ROTATING RING WRAPPERS FOR HIGH-SPEED LINES
- SMART WRAPPING TECHNOLOGY FOR TENSION AND CONSUMPTION OPTIMIZATION
- CONTROLLED CONTAINMENT FORCE MANAGEMENT ON DEFORMABLE LOADS
- USE OF 750 mm FILM ROLLS FOR MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY
The machines have also been configured with:
- AUTOMATIC FILM ROLL CHANGE TO ENSURE CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION
- LOW-MAINTENANCE DESIGN SOLUTIONS
- OPTIMIZED SYSTEMS TO REDUCE OPERATOR INTERVENTION
PARTNERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
The project required close collaboration between the TOSA and Casa Sant’Orsola teams, particularly in managing the challenges related to the product’s deformability.
Defining the wrapping logic and optimization process parameters was essential to ensuring load stability without compromising the integrity of the packaging.
This collaborative approach enabled the development of a solution perfectly aligned with the customer’s production needs.
