TOSA SOLUTION
The solution developed by TOSA involved the creation of a highly customized integrated system:
- CHAIN CONVEYORS WITH MECHANICAL SLATS FOR MULTI-FORMAT HANDLING
- LIFTING CONVEYOR FOR ACCESS TO OPERATING AREAS (DRAWBRIDGE SOLUTION)
- HIGH-SPEED ROTATING RING WRAPPER (UP TO 120 p/h)
- AUTOMATIC HANDLING OF QUARTER, HALF, AND EURO PALLETS
The line has also been configured with advanced technical solutions:
- USE OF 750 mm FILM ROLL FOR OPTIMIZED CONSUMPTION AND STABILITY
- SMART WRAPPING FOR AUTOMATIC ADAPTATION TO DIFFERENT FORMATS
- ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS CUSTOMIZED TO CUSTOMER SPECIFICATIONS
- INTEGRATED LABELING SYSTEM
- PALLET RECOMPOSITION SYSTEM WITH EMPTY PALLET MAGAZINE




PARTNERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
The project required close collaboration between the TOSA and LIQUATS VEGETALS teams, both during the design phases and throughout implementation.
The definition of technical specifications and the customization of electrical and control components enabled the development of a solution that integrates seamlessly with the customer’s existing infrastructure.
This collaborative approach successfully addressed the complexities associated with multi-line management and format variability.
