Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a technical professional who is dynamic and customer-oriented, with:
Hard skills
- Experience: At least 5 years as a mechatronics technician or in similar roles.
- Technical knowledge: Solid skills in electrical, electronic, and basic mechanical engineering, as well as PLC programming.
- Technical reading: Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Languages: Fluent English; French and/or Spanish are a plus.
Soft skills
- Team player: Excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and customers.
- Problem solver: Ability to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to changing environments and adherence to established company procedures.
- Professionalism: Reliability and the ability to work with precision and autonomy.
What will you do?
As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success and efficiency of our technologies. Here are your main responsibilities:
- Testing and commissioning: Conducting internal testing at our headquarters and managing the installation and commissioning of machinery at customer sites.
- Maintenance: Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, ensuring that the machines operate at their full potential.
- Customer training: Train customer operators on the correct and safe use of our systems.
- International travel: Travel throughout Italy, Europe, and beyond to install and commission our machinery.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with competence and professionalism.
