Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-oriented professional with:

Hard skills

  • Experience: At least 5 years as a Project Manager or in similar roles.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, or business administration.
  • Languages: Excellent written and spoken English; French and/or Spanish are a plus.
  • Technical skills: Excellent proficiency in Excel and project management tools.

Soft skills

  • Interpersonal skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proactivity and independence: Ability to take initiative and manage projects independently.
  • Results-oriented: Focus on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.
  • Analytical skills: Attention to detail and ability to monitor complex projects.
  • Empathy: Strong customer focus and ability to build trusting relationships.

What will you do?

You will be the key figure in managing and coordinating orders, ensuring that deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Customer management: Coordinating and monitoring the entire project lifecycle, from order receipt to final delivery of the machinery.
  • Customer Relations: Keeping customers updated on project progress and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Internal monitoring: Collaborating with various company departments to ensure compliance with deadlines and contractual requirements.
  • FAT and SAT: Manage Factory Acceptance Tests on-site and Site Acceptance Tests at the customer’s location.
  • Occasional travel: Visit customers to ensure successful implementations and strengthen relationships.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports to track progress and analyze results.
