TOSA SOLUTION
The solution developed by TOSA involved the creation of a fully automated line, designed to handle long and bulky products:
- CONVEYOR LINE FOR HANDLING PANEL BUNDLES
- STRETCH PACK SYSTEM FOR APPLYING ELASTIC FILM WITHOUT HEAT SHRINKING
- HORIZONTAL ORBITAL WRAPPER FOR COMPLETE BUNDLE WRAPPING
- AUTOMATIC INSERTION OF POLYURETHANE SPACERS
The line has been completed with:
- AUTOMATIC STACKING SYSTEM UP TO 3 LEVELS
- AUTOMATED FLOW HANDLING UP TO THE WAREHOUSE
- SOLUTIONS DESIGNED FOR HIGH SPEED AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION






PARTNERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
The project required intensive development and integration work to meet the customer’s needs, both in terms of product size and required performance.
Optimizing the layout and the technologies used was essential to ensuring the project’s objectives were met.

The implementation of the TOSA solution enabled D&K to achieve a fully automated, efficient, and sustainable production line.
