Mechanical Assembler

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a technical, precise, and organized individual with:

Hard skills

  • Experience: At least 2 years as a mechanical assembler.
  • Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Technical skills: Excellent knowledge of technical drawing and proficiency in the use of tools and equipment.
  • Certifications: Previous training and certifications for aerial work platforms, forklifts, and overhead cranes are preferred.

Soft skills

  • Team player: Strong interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for teamwork.
  • Problem solver: Ability to tackle and resolve technical challenges independently.
  • Precision and organization: Attention to detail and the ability to organize one’s activities efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and follow established procedures and processes.

What will you do?

You’ll be the beating heart of our production department, handling the assembly of mechanical components and ensuring the high quality of our machines. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Mechanical assembly: Assembling mechanical assemblies according to technical drawings.
  • Technical interpretation: Using your skills to read and understand detailed technical drawings.
  • Tools: Using tools and equipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Continuous improvement: Contributing to the organization and improvement of production processes.
