Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented individual with:
Hard skills
- Experience: At least 3–4 years in HR roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
- Language skills: Fluent Italian and professional-level English.
- Tools: Familiarity with HR software and systems.
Soft skills
- Soft skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attitude: Initiative, passion for teamwork, and attention to detail.
What will you do?
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations, supporting colleagues and managers across various areas. Here are some of your responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection: Posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding of new hires.
- Training and development: Coordinate training programs and help employees reach their full potential.
- HR administration: Manage contracts, attendance, vacation, leave, and HR documentation.
- Employee relations: Serve as a point of contact for the team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance support: Monitor and support company performance evaluations.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with company teams to optimize processes and implement new initiatives.
