Safety as a Design Principle

Safety is an integral part of our design approach and is developed in compliance with the regulations applicable in the various target markets, in accordance with the latest international standards regarding machine safety.

Through structured risk analysis and the use of advanced design tools, we define the performance levels (PLr) for each safety function and implement suitable technical solutions, including anti-fall systems for suspended loads and protection devices designed to guarantee maximum safety in every operating condition.

The right tension, in the right place

Even when wrapping with kraft paper, every load requires a specific containment strategy. There is no standard solution: the stability of the pallet depends on proper tension management and the positioning of the paper along the entire profile of the load.

Unlike stretch film, kraft paper has limited elongation and lacks elastic recovery properties. For this reason, load containment is not based on pre-stretching, but on precise control of the tension applied during the wrapping cycle.

Our machines are designed to accurately manage the tension of the paper and its distribution in every point of the pallet, adapting to the shape and characteristics of the load. This allows for the development of optimized recipes for each application, reducing the number of wraps required and optimizing material consumption.
